Before you start
How are payments taken?
Securely by Stripe, without leaving Tagged Up. A coach starts a plan from their squad's page, and card details go straight to Stripe, never to Tagged Up's servers.
What does one plan cover?
One squad: one club team, with its coaches and players. A coach with several squads can pay for them in one go.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Whoever pays can cancel any time from Manage billing on the squad's page. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.
What currency are prices in?
Pounds sterling (GBP). There's no VAT to add: the price shown is what you pay.
What happens if a plan ends?
Everything already uploaded can still be watched. Uploading new matches needs a plan.
What's the founding-club offer?
Founding clubs get 50% off their first year. That's the first 12 monthly payments, or the first yearly payment. A coach paying for several squads in one go gets it on all of them. We'll send your founding-club code when we set up your squad. Enter it when you start your plan.
